Antique Victorian Silver Charles Horner Ornate Daisy Thimble Chester 1900 N/R This one is a delightful English antique Victorian well detailed Sterling silver thimble made by Charles Horner, the famous Halifax silversmith and it is a nice early one dating to - Chester 1900 .....Fully hallmarked for sterling silver. Attractive Daisy flower design and ornate borders. Bears the sponsor’s mark C.H. for Charles Horner Size 7. < Br>Weighs in at a healthy 6.1 grams approx. Measures just over 7/8 inch tall approx. Condition: In fairly good condition with a great tactile feel to it. 2 pin prick holes in the centre of 2 daisies....not very noticeable. See pictures. Full English Hallmark for Sterling silver for the city of Chester, for the year 1919. Maker’s mark also present: C.H. for Charles Horner.
