ANTIQUE SILVER DOG'S HEAD BUTTON HOOK BIRMINGHAM 1910
This
is an antique button hook that has a silver handle that has a dog's
head to both sides. I am not sure what the dog is, it looks like a
Pekinese or similar. The dog has a finely detailed collar and the base
section of the handle has leaves The silver handle is hallmarked for
Birmingham 1910. The hook is steel. This is an unusual very beautiful
button hook.
Condition; very good, I can not tell if originally the dogs had glass eyes, they do not now.
Measures; 5.2 inches high
