RARE REPOUSSE~STERLING SILVER MATCH SAFE VESTA box~VINTAGE/ANTIQUE/VICTORIAN

Up for auction is a beautiful matchsafe. The lid opens and closes on the top and there is a striker on the bottom. Both sides have a lovely repousse (raised) design of scrolls and flowers.

Circa late 1800's to early 1900's.

Condition:  There are no holes, repairs, splits etc. There is one small ding on the top near the hinge.
